Our product list should at www.GotPrevention.com should be the same as Unicity's. If there are Unicity products that you find at www.unicity.net that are not included on our site, please e-mail us and we can get them to you at discounted price and free shipping (see offers detailed below).

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping by UPS Ground for all 50 states in the United States. Orders will usually be delivered within 7 business days. Tracking number will be communicated. This is called "standard" shipping.

The exception to the free shipping program is a shipping address to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. For these addresses, orders will be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Shipping cost is 5.75% of order price, with a $7.95 minimum. There will be no tracking number. This may be labeled as "express" shipping on this site but is still 7 business days. Please note that all orders will be manually verified for free shipping qualification.

We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

Your products will be shipped directly from Unicity to ensure freshness.

Quantity Discount

Beginning immediately (5/29/09) and ending 7/31/09, we are running a special test promotion. For each product, you will get AT LEAST 10% discount (up to 25%) of the retail price, with no minimum quantity. No coupon code is needed. No other discounts apply during this period. Unicity policy does not allow us to show a price lower than retail price. Due to technical challenges you will not see the final price until you receive your shipment (or you can check your credit card web site). We are working to address this technical issue.

Simply order 3 or more total items, any combination, in a single transaction, you can enjoy a 10% quantity discount. Together with free shipping (see above), we are bringing financial value to your Unicity Product purchase. This is almost equivalent to Unicity's Preferred Customer Program - except you don't have to join a membership or any other strings attached. Use coupon code "QUANTITY" (or other discount codes you may receive from our e-mail or mail announcements) if you purchase 3 or more items. Please note that all orders will be manually verified for discount qualification.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax (according to the mailing address) will be added for all orders. Tax will be charged on all merchandise, except for what are considered food items according to some states. Some states require that tax also be charged on delivery fees. The sales tax will be added after you placed the order and checked out. The sales tax is a pass-through cost.

Credit Cards

We accept Discover, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. All credit cards need to be originated from the United States with a US billing address.

Your credit card is charged only after we manually add sales tax and verified whether your order qualifies for free shipping. If an item is backordered, your credit card will not be charged for that item until it is ready to ship.

Order Cancellation

We process orders almost immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We can only cancel orders if they have not been processed. Please immediately send us a note at info@GotPrevention.com or call us at 877-764-2467 to attempt to cancel.

Return

Unicity is confident in the quality of the products, but we also understand that not 100% of you will get benefit from our products all the time. Unicity offers a generous 60-day, "empty box" money-back guarantee on consumable products. There is no restocking fee and you can return even if the box is empty, but you will need to pay for return shipping cost.

If the return / exchange request is the result of an error on our part (for example, sending you an item not according to your order) or shipping problems (for example, damaged products), please contact us and we will arrange to fix it at no cost to you.

To request a refund or exchange, you will need the order number on your packing slip. Please contact Unicity at 800-864-2489 to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be included in your package. And thank you for trying Unicity products.
