Free Shipping Program

Free shipping by UPS for all 50 states in the United States
except for shipping to PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, AFO/APO addresses, and Virgin Islands (which will be 5.75% - $7.95 minimum - by US Postal Services, no tracking)

Quantity Discount Program

Available only through this site, you will receive a discount if you purchase only 3 or more total items - any combination of consumable products.
Use coupon code QUANTITY so that the checkout will reflect the discount.
The discount will be manually verified before credit card is charged.
The discount equals to 10% off of our price of consumable product purchase, excluding shipping and tax. Non-consumable items (example: cups, brochures, CDs) do not qualify.

When is Your Credit Card Charged?

Your credit card is charged only after we manually add sales tax and verigfied whether you are eligible for free shipping and/or quantity discount. In addition, if an item is backordered, your credit card will not be charged for that item until it is ready to ship.

Taxes

Applicable state and local sales tax is charged for orders shipped to all 50 states. Tax will be charged on all merchandise, except for what are considered food items according to some states. Some states require that tax also be charged on delivery fees.

Order Cancellation Policies

We process orders almost immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We can only cancel orders if they have not been processed. Please send us a note at info@GotPrevention.com or call 877-764-2467 to attempt to cancel.

Return Policies

We are very confident in the quality of our products. We offer a generous 45-day, "empty box" money-back guarantee on our consumable products. There is no restocking fee and you can return even if the box is empty, but you will need to pay for return shipping cost. To request a refund (minus any shipping / handling), e-mail our Care Center at info@GotPrevention.com. We will provide you with a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to be included in your package. And thank you for trying our Unicity / Rexall products.
